Is whitening safe for my teeth?
Done properly, whitening does not damage enamel. What matters is the check before it.

Whitening gels open the pores of the enamel for a short time and lift the stains inside. The tooth itself is not ground or thinned.
Before whitening we check for cavities and gum problems. A healthy mouth whitens evenly and without pain.
Some people feel sensitivity for a day or two. A fluoride gel and a short break usually solve it.
Fillings and crowns do not change colour. We tell you beforehand if any will need replacing to match.
