Our story
It all began with grandma's recipe book.
As a child, Elena spent every Sunday in her grandmother's kitchen, standing on a stool, flour up to her elbows. That worn recipe book, with butter stains and notes in the margins, still sits in our kitchen today.
In 2012 she quit her office job and started with a single oven. Today there are four of us, but the rules haven't changed: real butter, eggs from the farm next door, no ready mixes. And every cake is finished on the day it's delivered.
