Privacy policy

In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from third parties. We only process data when you write to us or call.

2. Visiting the website

When you open a page, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after a short time and are not combined with other data.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no fonts or content from third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner.

If you choose the light or dark design, or a currency in the price calculator, your browser stores that setting locally (local storage). It is not sent to us and only keeps your choice for your next visit. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Contact by form, email, WhatsApp or phone

When you use the contact form, your details (name, business and town, email address or phone number, optionally your website and social media links, message) are sent encrypted to our server and forwarded from there to us by email. Nothing is stored on the server. The price calculator stores nothing itself: if you wish, it copies your selection into the form or opens WhatsApp with a prepared message.

When you write to us or call, we process the details you give us (such as name, business, contact details and message) to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or carry out a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

For email we use Gmail by Google Ireland Ltd., and for messages WhatsApp by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). Data may also be transferred to the USA; both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you would rather avoid this, please call us or write by post.

5. How long we keep data

We delete enquiries once they are dealt with and no contract follows, at the latest after 12 months. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (8 years in Hungary).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to contact@raganastudio.com, use the contact form or WhatsApp.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hungarian authority NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or the authority in your country.

7. Security and links

The website is only served encrypted over HTTPS. Links to other websites (such as client projects or Google PageSpeed) lead to services whose owners are responsible for their own data protection. No automated decision-making takes place.
