What do customers find when they Google you? 6 checks in 10 minutes

Before calling, almost everyone searches for you on Google. What they see there decides whether they call. Here's how to check it yourself in ten minutes.

Even a customer who heard about you from a friend searches on Google before calling: for your hours, address, a few photos, maybe reviews. What they find there is your first impression. Here's how to check it.

## 1. Search your business name
Does your profile appear on the right (on a computer) or at the top (on a phone)? If not, customers only see other businesses.

## 2. Search what you do and your town
Type, for example, “custom cakes Arad”. Are you on the map among the first three? If not, people who don't know you will never hear of you.

## 3. Check your hours and phone number
Are they correct, including holiday hours? A wrong phone number is a customer lost for sure.

## 4. Look at the photos
Do they show your place and products as they look today? Photos are the first thing people look at.

## 5. Read the latest three reviews
Did you reply? One unanswered negative review weighs more than ten positive ones.

## 6. Tap “Website”
Does it lead to a fast, mobile-friendly site with a call button? Or to a Facebook page, an old site, or nowhere?

## The result
If you ticked all six, you're ahead of many competitors. If not, you know exactly what to do. And if you don't have time, I'll check it for you: within 24 hours you get a PDF with what's good and 3 concrete things to fix. Ask for the free check.
