AI search visibility
More and more people don't search Google any more, they just ask: "What's a good bakery in Timișoara?" AI assistants answer with two or three names. The question is whether yours is one of them.
ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews take what they know from websites, Google Business Profiles and reviews. If your website doesn't say clearly what you do, where and for whom, AI skips you, or worse, says something wrong about you. AI visibility means giving these systems clear, correct and easy-to-read facts.
Because search is changing. Younger customers in particular ask AI assistants full questions instead of typing keywords into Google. Whoever is in the answer gets the customer, who never sees a list of results.
Because AI needs facts, not slogans. Opening hours, address, prices, services, area served, real reviews. A website that states them clearly and in a structured way is far easier to quote.
And because it's early. Hardly any local business has done this yet. Starting now gives you a lead that others will find hard to close.
Schema.org markup for your business, services, prices, hours and FAQ: the language machines read.
Who you are, what you do, where, for whom and for how much, said plainly, no filler.
Gemini and Google AI use your Business Profile. Categories, services, hours, photos.
We check that robots.txt doesn't block AI crawlers and that the site loads fast for them too.
A short summary of your business written for AI assistants, on your own domain.
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity about your trade and show you what they answer.
A typical example, not a specific client: a physiotherapy practice in Timișoara with many expat patients. The website looked fine, but the prices were in a scanned PDF, the opening hours were only in a photo, and nowhere did it say in plain words that treatment is available in English. We started with the test: we asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity questions like “English-speaking physiotherapist in Timișoara”, and noted the answers.
The decisions: prices and hours move out of the PDF and the photo into normal text on the page. Each treatment gets one clear sentence naming the city and the languages spoken. We add structured data for the practice, services, hours and FAQ, write the llms.txt file and check that robots.txt doesn't block AI crawlers. The Google profile says the same.
After a few weeks we ask the same questions again and show what changed in the answers. Cost: €199, fixed, one-off. If the Google profile needs fixing too, that's another €199.
Fixed price, one-off:
| Service | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| AI visibility | €199 | Structured data, llms.txt, crawler access check, test with ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. |
| Google Business Profile | €199 | Fully set up, the main source for Gemini and Google AI. |
| Keyword research | +€99 | How customers describe your services, turned into copy AI understands too. |
Three common starting points for a local business, side by side.
| Prepared with RAGANA Studio | Typical website | No website | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | €199 fixed, one-off | No extra cost, the site already exists | Nothing, but few sources |
| What AI learns | Services, town, prices, hours, stated clearly | Whatever it can infer from the copy | Only your Google profile and reviews |
| Structured data | Business, services, prices, hours, FAQ | Sometimes basic, often missing | None |
| Access for AI crawlers | Checked in robots.txt | Usually open, rarely checked | Not applicable |
| Matches your Google profile | Checked and aligned | Depends who did what | Only the profile, if complete |
| Test with AI assistants | Before and after, answers recorded | Usually not done | Not done |
We ask AI assistants about your trade and town and note what they say.
We collect the right details: services, prices, hours, area.
Structured data, copy and llms.txt on the site, Google profile completed.
After a few weeks we repeat the test and show you the difference.
Some security settings, hosts or plugins block AI assistants' crawlers in robots.txt. Then AI can't read your website and relies on what others say about you. Look at your robots.txt file or ask someone to check it.
A photographed menu, a price list as a PDF, opening hours as a graphic on the homepage. People can see them, but AI assistants read them far less reliably, or not at all. Everything that matters (prices, hours, services, address) should also be there as normal text.
“Quality, reliability and expertise” tells an AI nothing. Be concrete: what you do, in which town and area, for whom, roughly what it costs and when you're open. Those are exactly the questions people ask AI.
Different hours on your website and on Google, three-year-old prices on Facebook. AI gathers from every source and may repeat the old version. When something changes, update it everywhere on the same day, starting with your website and Google profile.
If someone promises that ChatGPT will definitely recommend you, they're not telling the truth. Nobody controls what an AI assistant answers. What can honestly be done: give it clear, correct, easy-to-find facts, and check before and after what changed.
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. What we guarantee: AI finds correct, clear information about you. That raises your chances a lot.
AI assistants refresh what they know over weeks to months. Google AI is usually the fastest.
Not necessarily. It's built into every site I make. For other sites we first check whether it can be added.
Yes, a lot. AI assistants read Google reviews. Real reviews with text help most.
A short text file on your domain that sums up who you are, what you do, where, and how to reach you. It's a newer convention proposed for AI assistants. Not all of them use it yet, but it costs little and does no harm.
Yes, and I'd encourage it. Ask ChatGPT or Gemini what a customer would ask: your trade and your town. The difference with me is that the questions and answers are recorded, so after a few weeks we compare exactly the same things.
You can't edit an AI assistant's answer directly. You can fix the sources: your website, your Google profile, the directories you appear in. With correct sources, answers usually improve over time.
